    Fast service, reasonably priced. Service Tech explains what to expect in our area. What's poisonous and not.   We thought our spiders were brown recluse but they are wolf spiders! Very important for us to be informed since we moved to the country from the city.

    I’ve been using this company for over a year now and have always been satisfied with my services. A little disappointed though in the last few months with the lack of communication in the customer service department. I sent over a new document stating I wanted to change my bug sprays from bi monthly to quarterly and it was never processed. Had someone come out bi monthly again and the last technician sprayed it all over the walls in the front of our house leaving white marks from the bug solution. I spoke with someone in customer service who said they would send a message over to John, the manager and he would reach out. 5 days later, sent another email and he followed up right away via phone.. he said he did see the new contract and was unsure why it wasn’t processed to change to quarterly but he would fix it and sounded promising he would come out to my house that next day and check out the white stains and remove it since water wasn’t removing it for us. Also said, to keep us on track for the next quarterly spray, someone would come again in April and spray again.. which made zero sense because a tech was just there in March. The whole point of changing my contract dates was because I didn’t want bi monthly payments. I tried explaining this but we couldn’t get on the same page to agree. So fast forward, another 5 days later again, I sent an email and asked John if he was still coming out to clean the walls on my house, no response. When I spoke with him he said the technician definitely mixed too much solution and he would have to take it off my walls with a solution or something. So here I am now a month after my last email sent with no follow up which I think is very unprofessional. I guess I will have to repaint all the areas this tech ruined my paint with. I wouldn’t care if it was one spot but it’s multiple white marks all over the front of my house. I just would like someone to follow up and take care of it.
